
Tom Dunlap
Board Member (2024 - 2027)
Tom Dunlap is the James Riverkeeper with the James River Association. Before becoming the James Riverkeeper in 2022, he worked for six years on the lower peninsula of Virginia as a Conservation Specialist with the Colonial Soil & Water Conservation District, assisting farm operators, landowners, and many conservation partners with the implementation of on-the-ground conservation work that helped reduce nonpoint-source pollution in the James and York River watersheds. He holds a Master’s in Biology and a Bachelor’s in Environmental Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University and lives in Richmond, VA.
