Staci Hartwell, an Energy Advisor, has overseen 40MW+ of solar installations on the East coast, including the largest in Washington, DC. Her Tesla background shaped her comprehensive approach to solar advocacy, engaging NGOs, faith-based groups, and educational institutions. Staci is the Strategic Advisor for South County Environmental Justice Coalition (SCEJC). As Chair Emerita for Environmental and Climate Justice at NAACP Maryland State Conference, she led initiatives like Maryland Solar Equity Initiative/HBCUBEST, focusing on solar awareness and job creation. Staci also serves on the board of the Maryland League of Conservation Voters. She also educates realtors on solar marketing. Passionate about sustainability and environmental justice, she works to combat climate change and promotes renewable energy in disserved and underserved communities, aiming to safeguard the planet’s future.
