David Flores, J.D., is the Sierra Club's Deputy Regional Campaign Director for the Mid-Atlantic and Appalachia. He was a CPR Senior Policy Analyst from 2016 – 2022 where he worked on climate adaptation policy and advocacy. Before joining CPR, David spent eight years working for watershed nonprofit Blue Water Baltimore, where he managed water quality monitoring research, legal and regulatory advocacy, and Clean Water Act compliance monitoring and enforcement programming. David received his law degree from the University of Maryland in 2016, cum laude, with a certificate of concentration in environmental law, and his B.A. from Bard College in environmental science in 2008.
